Return Policy
Terms and Guidelines:
-Store points will be awarded for products returned in new product status.
-Only pre ordered products cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method. All other purchased products are only eligible for store points.
-Return requests must be submitted through the Loop Returns portal at the following link within 30 days of delivery, depending on the availability in the country/region.
-Orders with Route Shipping Protection may be eligible for replacement based on specific circumstances.
-If the item is damaged upon arrival, it needs to be reported within 5 days after delivery. When reporting this situation to us, please attach pictures of the damage and SKU attachments on the polyethylene plastic bag packaging where the goods were delivered. Once approved, this store will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5-day deadline, our store is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, our store will not be able to fulfill your request.
Return terms and guidelines:
1. All returned items must be free from wear, stains, or other signs of excessive use.
When we receive your item, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the total store credit you have issued.
3. Please ensure that all returned items are packaged properly to avoid damage during transportation.
4. Please make sure to use the Loop Returns website and label to send back your return. We cannot guarantee that your return will be correctly located and processed without using the labels generated by them.
5. Please use within 7 days after creating the Loop Returns shipping label.
6. Store points will be distributed within one week after our warehouse receives your return. If you have any issues with returning the item upon arrival, we will contact you via email.
7. All orders from our store will be processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 48 working hours to ensure fast delivery.
